    1. Orkidea: Unity (2009 remix) I’ve been working on this for nearly a year now and actually there are three versions already. The release details are still a bit open but one european high profile trance label seems very likely… This has been made to celebrate the original release’s 10th anniversary. The original holds special value and memories but I wanted to make a version having that old school vibe yet with today’s production quality.

    2. Gaia: Tuvan (Gareth Emery remix) This has been a real grower for me. I wasn’t so keen on the chords in first place but been enjoying the track more and more. And the bassline and ravey riff at the end sound sooo much more powerful at club environment from proper sound system.

    3. Cosmic Gate: Under Your Spell (Duderstadt dub) The chords and vocal in this one are very typical 2009 trance stuff but there is some special hypnotic beauty in the way this remix has been put together. One of Duderstadt’s best one to date in my opinion. This one seems to always rock at clubs and was one of the highlights when Andy Moor played in Helsinki month ago.

    4. Marco V: Simulated (2010 remix) Marco has been on fire lately with both productions and with his current live DJ sound and style. His set in Helsinki in June was surprisingly full on and hard yet credible, funky and not cheesy at all. And he is also such a lovely person. You can see the long experience he has in not having any superstar-DJ-ego act. This version is one of the highlights of the Propaganda 2 album that came out recently. Highly recommended!

    5. Wippenberg: Pong This is on the edge of being too close to Chakalaka but I think Wippenberg’s production is flawless at the moment and there are some fresh ideas in there too. And as Chakala seem to get playes still this summer from some of the big boys I guess it was OK for him to do something similar yet with a new riff:) I guess that is the dilemma of every producer making it big time with a track: how close you want to stay to the thing that made you popular?

    6. Whiteroom: Whiteroom (Myon & Shane 54 remix) I guess the original version of Whiteroom was THE track that made Andy Moor more well known some five years ago. It’s amazing how deep and emotional the original was considering how big it became. Great example that you don’t need “banging riffs” to make a true crowd pleaser. And not least thanks to the wonderful vocal sample snippets of Jan Johnston which were lifted from BT’s Remember I think… This 2009 remix was one of the highlights of Andy’s recent mix CD and is a nice and fresh take yet very true to the original.

    7. Tilt: I Dream (Nick Rowland remix) I used to play the Casa De Angeles remix by Quivver back in 1995 a lot. The production on that sounds still amazing considering how old it it. Here is a fresh remix by Nick Rowland which has a nice old school attitude in it. Like it! Here is link to the old mix in Youtube:

    1. Thrillseekers: Synesthesia (Haric C remix) This is one of the very rare bootleg remixes I’ve had for over a year now and it always rocks the crowd. Especially when played/heard the first time and being surprised by the riff kicking in out of the blue in the breakdown. This is as uplifting a it gets in my CD walled;)

    2. Supermode: Tell me Why (Heatbeat bootleg) This has also been exclusive bootleg for me for the most part of 2009. Pretty damn pumping but played on right time in right place can be the tune of the night. I just played this last weekend at Pacha in Buenos Aires when the sun was coming up and shining in from the windows. It was all topped by one half of Heatbeat being there and coming to say high in the DJ booth. Argentina was such a lovely place with great scene, clubs and most importantly super duper nice people.

Awesome set! I’ve been playing this over and over again for the past couple weeks.

Samantapaista uudelleenjulkaisua odottaisi mielellään “Beautiful”-raidasta…kyseessä on itselleni hen.kohtaisesti hyvin merkittävä teos Sinulta.Original tästä on itselleni on päräyttävimpiä trance-teoksia ikinä. Onhan Marc Mitcellin ja Alt+F4:nkin remixit todella häikäiseviä eeppisia trance-klassikoita nekin. “Ajaren” remixistä kuulisi mielellään enemmän “Killa” remixin kaltaista versiota. Joka tapauksessa, kiitokset loistavista tuotoksista!:) ps. Union Jack: Tho Full Moons & A Trout (Orkidea remix) ehdottomasti vuoden 2009 päräyttävin trance-teos. ISO KIITOS!
